Airgap – ET120-001 The ET120-001 Universal Air Gap is designed for home or commercial water treatment equipment and condensate lines that require an air gap discharge to the drain. This air gap drain line adapter is perfect for applications where rigid Schedule-40 pipe must be plumbed to an approved air gap device. The ET120-001 provides a convenient, ready-made, air gap for all Schedule-40 DWV standpipes.

The ET120-001s minimum flow rate is 6 gallons per minute (GPM) and the maximum flow rate is 22 gallons per minute (GPM). The minimum and maximum flow rates through an air gap are the lowest and highest flow rates at which water does not splash outside of an air gap. At minimum or maximum flow rate, the air gap is dry on the outside.

It is easy to use, easy to install, and easy to maintain. The ET120-001 air gap is listed by UPC and tested for compliance with IPC and NSF standards.

• SIMPLE INSTALLATION: The ET120-001 is designed for connecting discharge water tubing from a water softener system to a drain line. Its 1-inch MIPT threaded inlet accepts a 1-inch threaded PVC pipe or the 1-inch threaded ET170-XXX series air gap adapters (models -015 and -016). The ET120-001 installs to a 2 inches OD standpipe. The ET120-001 can be pressure fit or glued to a plastic standpipe.
• STANDPIPE CONNECTION: The ET120-001 connects to a 2 inches OD standpipe. The air gaps flow capacity is 15 gallons/minute.
• DRY OPERATION: The ET120-001 is designed with a splash guard to assure a dry operation. It is also recommended to install the ET120-001 at least 18 inches above the P-Trap to avoid water splashing back from the air gap.
• CERTIFICATION: The ET120-001 is UPC; (Uniform Plumbing Code) Listed, IPC; (International Plumbing Code), and NSF; (National Sanitation Foundation) tested. The testing is conducted for every manufactured lot to ensure consistent performance.
• Slight color variation of plastic material is normal for this product. Color can vary from white to light beige.
