Albion Engineering – 640-4

• Set foam backer rod in caulk joints quickly, at a consistent depth and without puncturing.
• Adjustable for placing backer rod at any designed depth up to 1″ deep.
• Similar to standard model but with a reinforced resin handle to withstand rough use on horizontal surfaces.
• Accepts a threaded standard broom handle (extension pole).
• Includes four depth setting wheels for 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ wide joints.
  • 640-G02 = 1/8″
  • 640-G03 = 1/4″
  • 640-G04 = 3/8″
  • 640-G05 = 1/2″
  • 640-H15 = Thumb Screw
  • 640-G11 = Main frame assembly with washers, pushnuts and 640-H21 1/2″ wheels
• For setting rod deeper up to 2″ use accessory wheel 640-G20 .
